This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Cyber Secret Society website, training platform, and services. It applies to all visitors, members, and clients, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Security Misuse
Knowledge, tools, and techniques obtained through the Services must be used only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes. Using them to compromise systems you do not own or are not authorized to test, or to harm others, is strictly prohibited.
6. Spam
Sending unsolicited bulk communications, phishing messages, or any form of spam through or in connection with the Services is prohibited.
7. Malware Distribution
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, worms, ransomware, or any other malicious code — except within sanctioned, isolated lab environments provided for that purpose — is prohibited.
8. Service Abuse
- Sharing account credentials or circumventing access controls and usage limits.
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-collecting data from the Services without permission.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
9. Enforcement Actions
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, and cooperating with law-enforcement authorities. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
